Cyvalent at Luxembourg Venture Days 2026

On 14 and 15 October, Cyvalent took part in Luxembourg Venture Days at Luxexpo The Box — two days that bring together startups, investors, corporates and the institutions that keep the Luxembourg innovation ecosystem moving.
We were there with a particular appointment in the calendar: Cyvalent had the honour of being among the finalists shortlisted to pitch for the Digital track of Fit 4 Start, Luxembourg's flagship startup acceleration programme run by Luxinnovation. For a company as young as ours, making that shortlist at all was a genuine milestone — and standing in front of the jury so soon after our launch is something we are proud of.
We did not make the final selection. The new Fit 4 Start cohort was announced on stage on 15 October, and Cyvalent is not part of it.
That is how competitive programmes work, and this one is competitive for good reason. Our sincere congratulations go to the startups that were selected — we wish every one of them a strong six months and look forward to seeing what they build. Our thanks go equally to Luxinnovation and the jury for the time, the questions and the opportunity to present what we are building.
What we will remember most from the two days, though, is the conversations. We spoke with fellow founders, community experts, ecosystem stakeholders and investors — about security leadership, about AI in governance, risk and compliance, and about what regulated organisations in Luxembourg and across Europe actually need. Several of those conversations sharpened our own thinking, and more than a few will continue.
So: no award to report, and no complaints either. We came away encouraged that the problem we are working on — giving organisations senior security leadership and an AI-assisted platform where humans stay in control — resonates with the people who see this market every day.
